Triples Competition in Estonia.

We have received an invitation for the International Petanque Tournament on 12th & 13th March 2011. The competition is for a triples and is to be held indoors.

29th April

Jersey Petanque Open

The Jersey Petanque Club are holding their ever popular Jersey Petanque Open on the weekend of the 29th April 2011 and they would like to invite you and your fellow club members to join them on their beautiful island for a weekend of competition and friendship.

We have a maximum entry for this competition of 120 teams.

The weekend starts on Friday 29th April with a Vin d’Honneur and the team draw and this is followed by the main doubles competition on the Saturday with cash prizes available. In the evening they have the presentation dinner at the Ommaroo Hotel in St Helier. This hotel is also offering special rates for this event. We can even offer coach transport from the hotel to our club or of course you can hire a car.

On the Sunday we hold a melee and a barbecue and we aim to finish at about 5.00pm.

As the Monday is a bank holiday it gives you the opportunity of another day in Jersey or you may wish to stay longer. So please come and join us. Our aim is for people to enjoy themselves. You do not need to be a champion to enter and players at all levels are very welcome. Please visit our web site at www.petanque.org.je
