Extraordinary General Meeting |

2009 27th August - Wenvoe Arms There will only be one item on the Agenda that is the proposal by the Executive to change two clauses of the constitution relating to the AGM held annually. The initial documents were sent by post to each WPA Affiliated Club Secretary on 31st July 2009. Under clause 14.3.5 for this proposal to be voted upon, then 20 members must be present within half an hour of the notified start time. The EGM did not take place because clause 14.3.5 of the constitution was not satisfied. The motion will now be presented at the AGM. |
