DESCRIPTION:This year\, it is the WPA’s turn to host the event at the Vale Pétanque Club. The format is usually 5 randomly drawn timed games. \nWe are looking for 10 to 12 doubles teams to represent the WPA in this friendly competition between the BIG and the WPA Leagues. \nThe last time it was held\, it was a great contest\, with the BIG taking the honours. \nThis event is open to 2026 Divisions 2\, 3 and 4 players/teams. DESCRIPTION:We are holding a quiz night to support the women’s team representing Wales at the 2026 European\nTriples Pétanque Championship in Greece. Kym\, Tansy\, Jayne & Aimee will be travelling to Corinth in\nOctober to play against the best teams in Europe. \nThis will be a fun quiz with enough variety & challenge for everyone. As well as a cash prize for\nthe winners\, we will be running a raffle\, and there will be random spot prizes too. Plenty of chances to\nwin – so join us for a good night out! \nEntry is £3.00 per person\, with a limit of 6 people per team. Pay on the day – cash only\nplease! The bar will be open throughout to ‘assist’your thinking. \nPlaces can be booked in advance – we’ll save a table for you\, so no need to hustle for the best spot\non the evening!
