Teams can register for competitions electronically by completing the registration form below.

Please ensure the appropriate payment reaches the Executive member listed at the bottom of the form before the published cut-off date. Payments can be made by cheque payable to the WPA or electronic bank transfer. If you wish to pay electronically, please get in touch with the WPA Treasurer, who will provide the bank sort code and account number.

Teams must be aware that by using this method of entry and choosing to pay on the day, you have committed to play in the competition. Failure to participate in the competition will still require you to pay the full entry fee.

After completing and submitting the form, you should see a thank you page; your entry will not be posted if you do not. Please complete the form again and re-submit.

REMEMBER: THIS IS A TWO DAY COMPETITION.
