Teams can register for competitions electronically by completing the registration form below.
Please ensure the appropriate payment reaches the Executive member listed on the bottom of the form before the published cut off date. Payments can be made by cheque, made payable to the WPA or by electronic bank transfer. If you wish to pay electronically, please contact the WPA Treasurer, who will provide you with the bank sort code and account number.
Teams must be aware that by using this method of entry and choosing to pay on the day, you have committed to play in the competition. Failure to take part in the competition will still require you to pay the full entry fee.
After completing and submitting the form, you should see a thank you page; your entry has not been posted if you do not. Please complete the form again and re-submit.
