ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Commencing at 05:00 p.m.

We confirm that the following positions are vacant in line with the published Constitution.

• President – Two-year term.
  • Tony Smith is seeking re-election.
  • The nomination form has been correctly completed and supported by Jean-Yves Robic, Sean Smith & Judith Smith.
• Treasurer – Two-year term
  • Jean-Yves Robic is seeking re-election
  • The nomination form has been correctly completed and supported by Tony Smith, Sean Smith & Judith Smith.
• Director of Development – One-year term – No nominations were received.
• Director of Public Relations – Two-year term – No Nominations were received.

Nominations for Director of Development and Public Relations roles can only be accepted before the start of the AGM. Still, they must be on the Executive Member Nomination form and completed correctly.

One motion has been received from the WPA Executive.
