We have received the following communication from the CEP’s Technical Commission regarding the European Cup.

They have modified Article 10.1 of the European Cup Rules for 2025/26, adjusting the licence requirements for coaches to be with the federation only.

This change will undoubtedly help our clubs comply with the requirement for a non-playing qualified coach for the event.

Article 10 now reads:

Each team must include a coach who, for the purposes of the European Cup, is not a player but who has held a valid licence issued by the federation they represent, for at least 6 months at the date of the European Cup.
