Home Nations Championship Qualifier Pre-Entry Form.

Teams can register for competitions electronically by completing the registration form below.

Please ensure the appropriate payment reaches the Management Committee member listed at the bottom of the form before the published cut-off date. Payments can be made by cheque, payable to the WPA or by electronic bank transfer. You will find the bank details on the confirmation email sent to you after registration.

Teams must be aware that by using this method of entry and choosing to pay on the day, you have committed to play in the competition. Failure to participate in the competition will still require you to pay the full entry fee.

After completing and submitting the form, you should see a thank-you page; if this page is not displayed, please complete the form again and resubmit.
