Dear member,
As requested at the recent WPA Ordinary General Meeting (although it was already on the Executive Committee’s “To-Do List”), I have now completed an audit of the list of members’ contact details held on our membership database and our Constant Contact records.
As a result, I have sent a Constant Contact email to every member whose email address is on record and as wishing to receive our emails (i.e. excluding anyone for whom we have no email address or who has previously opted to Unsubscribe fro our mailings).
Any member who receives the email but who no longer wishes to receive them, can do so using the Unsubscribe link contained in the email.
However, please keep in mind, we are intending the use this more regularly in future as a major method of keeping in touch with our members.
Should you see this notice and not receive an email, but would normally expect to do so, please contact me and I will attempt to resolve the issue. This will be either because we have no email address for you, an incorrect email address or you have previously Unsubscribed from our mailings.
